Travel-World Photography
We visited Riga together with two friends on 3-5 May 2005. Riga has a long history of trade from the Medieval ages up to the present day. Latvia as a region and as a country has been occupied by the neighbouring states a number of times, namely Germany, Poland, Sweden and the Soviet Union from WW II until the independence in 1990.
