Melbourne, Part 1

We arrived in Melbourne fra New Zealand, after first having travelled from Norway through London, Los Angeles and Fiji. The primary  purpose of the visit was to attend an engineering conference.

Melbourne is the capital of the Victoria Territory, and has a population of 5 million, slightly less than Sydney. The area was a key living aera for the aboriginal population for more than 40.000 years, and the aboriginal culture is still present today, albeit conflict still remains.

This Part 1 contain city views, markets, old buildings, and the Melbourne Museum.
