When visiting a new city, we sometimes just board a tram or a bus to an unknown destination, so also in Kraków. A major tram stop was right outside our hotel, so we took a tram towards the southern part of the city. And we were lucky, as the tram took us past the Sanctuary of the Devine Mercy, a multi-religion church, An added bonus was an observation tower, giving us a nice view of the surroundings. (But the return tram on the same line took us to a totally different psrt in the city, forcing us to use a taxi to return to our hotel!)
