This is located on the North shore of Mindoro, the island South of Luzon. The resort was establish by a Danish entrepreneur, when he searched for a source for manila furniture to be imported to Denmark.
The people working on the resort live in small hamlets on the coast nearby, the resort thus providing a livelihood to a small community.
The resort is built into a tropical hillside, ending in a flatter area down slope, where all service facilities are located. There are connected pools, a restaurant, a bar, and other facilities next to the beach itself.
The living huts are made out of bamboo, and are open faced toward the ocean view.
