Barcelona is the capital and largest city of Catalonia and Spain's second largest city, with a population 1.5 million, and with about 5 million in the greater area. The city is a cultural hub, with big-times names like Gaudi and Miro, among many others. La Rambla is main street for shopping, and for people watching, and to be seen! The cathedral Sagrada Familia is a continied building project, being initiated in 1882, and planned completed in 2026! Anto Gaudi was the architect.
